Stephen Talbot
: Managing Director
Stephen has worked in the Destruction industry since graduating from
university.Stephen founded the first trade association for the document
destruction industry NAID (National Association for Information Destruction)
in 1997. The result of this association was that for the first time
real quality standards could be applied across the industry. Stephen
is wholly committed to the industry and to improving market standards
and establishing firm regulations for the industry to adhere to. |

Lindsey Fairservice:
Director
Lindsey brings to Lime her strong client focus and her passion to
deliver the highest customer service standards. With a surname like
that you could say its in her blood! |
Jules Shorrock:
Director ("Jules the Shredder")
Jules has worked within the document destruction industry for the
last six years. Jules brings to Lime her vast experience, character
and colour. Contracts won by Jules will find it hard to better her
enthusiastic level of service. |

All staff, including directors, are ten
year security screened (or since school leaving) in accordance with
BS 7858 (1996) and BS7499 (1998) requirements. Any gaps in excess
of two weeks are investigated. In addition to in-house screening
(due to work carried out on behalf of government departments), all
employees also undergo a security clearance which includes the Criminal
Record Office (C.R.O.) and anti-terrorists checks. All staff carry
ID cards at all times and are uniformed. All operations exceed all
aspects of the 1998 Revised Data Protection Act.
